Getting Started.
At Full Tilt Poker there are many games on offer, plus tournaments that beginners and professionals can both enjoy. You can chat, learn and play with some of the top players online to get the maximum out of your poker play.
In-Game Messaging
- Whenever you start the Full Tilt Software, you will come to our unique Welcome screen showing upcoming tournaments together with that day's events. There's also a message box that you'll see located in the right corner (see below); this will show tournament starting shortly that you may like to join.
Tournament Color
- Our tournaments have different color designations so you can know what game you wish to play. Those in Black are cash tournaments to play for real money. Green are Winner's Choice Tournaments where you have the chance to win actual seats at many of the industries top live events. Orange is for satellites for the “Aussie Millions” tournaments & lastly pink is for “Guarantee tournaments”.
Auto Center
Within the software you can choose to sit at any seat that you wish at the table. By default the software will place you at the bottom center seat, although you can disable this automatic placing using the “Auto Center” option in the pull-down menu.
Turn Off Avatars
The software allows you the option of selecting a personal avatar that represents you at the table. If you do not wish to see these, they can be disabled within the software.
Chat Filter
At Full Tilt Poker, there are also a number of Chat options available to help you interact with other players. You will see the dealer announcement for every hand and of course the chat from other players during the course of play. There are options to filter the chat while at the table, if you want to see the general chat from many players, or just chat to specific friends you know or have just got acquainted with.
